This Privacy Policy applies to any users of Truck Driver Power's services, including any users of our mobile apps, web apps, websites, features or other services. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, how that information may be used, with whom it may be shared, and your choices about such uses and disclosures. We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy carefully when using the website, mobile app, or web app. By using the website, mobile app, or web app, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information we collect about you
In General. We may collect personal information that can identify you such as your name and email address, as well as other information that does not identify you. By using the website, mobile app, or web app, you are authorizing us to gather, parse and retain data. When you provide personal information through the website, mobile app, or web app, the information may be sent to servers located in the United States and other countries.

In the course of using our mobile app, website and other products we may request access to your phone's contact list and image which may then be uploaded to our servers so that we may suggest connectiing you with other users within our community who already use TDP.

Information you provide. We may collect and store any personal information you provide. This may include identifying information, such as your name and email address. If you contact us with a customer service or other inquiry, then you provide us with the content of that communication.

You are over 18. We restrict the use of the website, mobile app, and web app to individuals age 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under the age of 18. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 18, please contact us at Contact@TruckDriverPower.com.

Information from other sources. We may obtain both personal and non-personal information about you from business partners and other third parties.

Use of technologies to collect information. We use various technologies to collect information about your activities on the website, mobile app, or web app.

Information collected automatically. We automatically collect information from your browser when you use or access the website, mobile app, or web app. This information could include your IP address, browser type and language, operating system, access times, and the referring IP address.

Analytics Technologies. For the website and web app, we may use Google Analytics or other similar technologies to collect and process certain information about you and your use of the website. For the mobile app, we may use Google Analytics for Firebase or other similar technologies to collect and process certain information about you and your use of the mobile app. The information collected by these analytics technologies is statistical data and does not include non-anonymized personal information, but we may associate it with non-anonymized personal information we collect in other ways or receive from third parties. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE WEBSITE, YOU ARE AFFIRMATIVELY CONSENTING TO OUR ASSOCIATION OF STATISTICAL DATA WITH NON-ANONYMIZED PERSONAL INFORMATION.

Google's ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your use of the website and web app, and by and Google Analytics for Firebase about your use of the mobile app, is restricted by the Google Privacy Policy (located at https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/).

When you use or access the website, mobile app, or web app, we (or the analytics technologies) may assign your browser or device one or more cookies to facilitate access to the website, mobile app, or web app and to personalize your experience. Through the use of a cookie, we may automatically collect information about your activity on the website, mobile app, or web app, such as the pages you visit, the time and date of your visits and the links you click. If we advertise, we (or third parties) may use certain data collected on the website, mobile app, or web app by cookies. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of the website, mobile app, or web app, or certain features of the website, mobile app, or web app, may not function correctly.

Information collected by third-parties for advertising purposes. We may allow service providers, advertising companies and ad networks, and other third parties to display advertisements on the website, mobile app, or web app. These companies may use tracking technologies, such as cookies or web beacons, to collect information about users who view or interact with their advertisements. We do not provide any non-anonymized personal information to third parties. Some of these third-party advertising companies may be advertising networks that are members of the Network Advertising Initiative, which offers a single location to opt out of ad targeting from member companies (www.networkadvertising.org). Opting out will not decrease the number of advertisements you see.

How we use the information we collect

b) verify your eligibility and deliver prizes in connection with contests and sweepstakes.

h) enforce or exercise any rights in our Terms of Service / End User License Agreement; and

In all circumstances, we may perform these functions directly or use a third party vendor to perform these functions on our behalf. Third party vendors are obligated to use your personal information only to perform services for us. Also, if you access the website, mobile app, or web app from a third party social platform, such as Facebook or Twitter, we may share non-personal information with that platform to the extent permitted by your agreement with it and its privacy settings.

If you provide us with your email address and/or phone number, you agree to receive email messages to that email address from us and text messages to that phone number from us. We may use your contact information to send you information about our products and services, to market to you, to help prevent spam, fraud, or abuse, and to help others find your account, including through third-party services and client applications. You agree to keep your contact information up to date. You may use any website, web app, or mobile app settings we provide for email and mobile notifications to control notifications you receive from us. You may also unsubscribe from a notification by following the instructions contained within the notification.

Aggregated and/or non-personal information. We may use and share non-personal information we collect under any of the above circumstances. We may also share it with our wholly-owned subsidiary companies and third parties to develop and deliver targeted advertising on the website, our mobile app, our web app, and on websites or applications of third parties, and to analyze and report on advertising you see. We may combine non-personal information we collect with additional non-personal information collected from other sources. We also may share aggregated, non-personal information, or personal information in hashed, non-human readable form, with third parties, including advisors, advertisers and investors, for the purpose of conducting general business analysis or other business purposes. For example, we may engage a data provider who may collect web log data from you (including IP address and information about your browser, device, or operating system), or place or recognize a unique cookie on your browser or device to enable you to receive customized ads or content. The cookies may reflect de-identified demographic or other data linked to data you voluntarily submitted to us (such as your email address), that we may share with a data provider solely in hashed, non-human readable form. Do Not Track Disclosure
Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that users can set in their browsers or devices. DNT is a way for users to inform websites, mobile apps, or web apps, and services that they do not want certain information about their webpage, mobile app, or web app visits or website, mobile app, or web app usage collected over time and across websites or online services. We are committed to providing you with meaningful choices about the information we collect and that is why we provide the opt-out links above. However, DNT is a proposed standard that is currently under development. As it is not yet finalized, we do not currently recognize or respond to any DNT signals.

There are a number of places on the website, mobile app, and/or web app where you may click on a link to access other websites, mobile apps, or web apps that do not operate under this Privacy Policy. For example, if you click on an advertisement on the website, you may be taken to a website that we do not control. These third- party websites may independently solicit and collect information, including personal information, from you and, in some instances, provide us with information about your activities on those websites. We recommend that you consult the privacy statements of all third-party websites you visit by clicking on the “privacy” link typically located at the bottom of the webpage you are visiting.

You can also control information collected by cookies. You can delete or decline cookies by changing your browser or device settings. Click “help” in the toolbar of most browsers for instructions.

For the website and web app, if you do not want your information collected with Google Analytics, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. How we protect your personal information
We have implemented security measures to help safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure. However, no system can be completely secure. Users should also take care with how they handle and disclose their personal information and should avoid sending personal information through insecure email. No Rights of Third Parties
This Privacy Policy does not create rights enforceable by third parties or require disclosure of any personal information relating to users of the website, mobile app, or web app.

Changes to this Privacy Policy
We will occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the law, our data collection and use practices, the features of our website, mobile app, or web app, or advances in technology. When we post changes to this Privacy Policy, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy, which will be posted on the website, mobile app, or web app, and you should regularly check for the most recent version, which is the version that applies. If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you of the changes by reasonable means, which could include notifications through the website, mobile app, or web app, or by email. Please review the changes carefully. Your continued use of the website, mobile app, or web app following the posting of changes to this policy will mean you consent to and accept those changes. Your California Privacy Rights
California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of the website, mobile app, or web app that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of non-anonymized personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Please note, however, that Truck Driver Power does not disclose non-anonymized personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

Governing Law
This Privacy Policy and any disputes related thereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, exclusive of its choice of law rules.

If you would like to delete your user account and information associated with it you can do so from within the app Account Settings Scene or by emailing us directly at contact@truckdriverpower.com.

To access the account deletion from the Account Settings Scene, simply press the gear icon in the top right corner of the profile tab and scroll to the bottom of the scene.
