This Privacy Policy applies to any users of Truck Driver Power’s services, including any users of our mobile
apps, web apps, websites, features or other services. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect,
how that information may be used, with whom it may be shared, and
your choices about such uses and disclosures. We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy carefully when using
the website, mobile app, or web app. By using the website, mobile app, or web app, you are accepting the
practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Information we collect about you
In General. We may collect personal information that can identify you such as your name and email address, as
well as other information that does not identify you. By using the website, mobile app, or web app, you are
authorizing us to gather, parse and retain data. When you provide
personal information through the website, mobile app, or web app, the information may be sent to servers located
in the United States and other countries.

identifying information, such as your name and email address. If you contact us with a customer service or other
inquiry, then you provide us with the content of that communication.

collect and process certain information about you and your use of the website. For the mobile app, we may use
Google Analytics for Firebase or other similar technologies to
collect and process certain information about you and your use of the mobile app. The information collected by
these analytics technologies is statistical data and does not include non-anonymized personal information, but we
may associate it with non-anonymized personal information we

Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your use of the website and web
app, and by and Google Analytics for Firebase about your
use of the mobile app, is restricted by the Google Privacy Policy (located at

How we use the information we collect

Do Not Track Disclosure
Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that users can set in their browsers or devices. DNT is a way for
users to inform websites, mobile apps, or web apps, and services that they do not want certain information about
their webpage, mobile app, or web app visits or website, mobile
app, or web app usage collected over time and across websites or online services. We are committed to providing
you with meaningful choices about the information we collect and that is why we provide the opt-out links above.
However, DNT is a proposed standard that is currently under
development. As it is not yet finalized, we do not currently recognize or respond to any DNT signals.

No Rights of Third Parties
This Privacy Policy does not create rights enforceable by third parties or require disclosure of any
personal information relating to users of the website, mobile app, or web app.

We will occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the law, our data collection and use
practices, the features of our website, mobile app, or web app, or advances in technology. When we post changes
to this Privacy Policy, we will revise the “last updated” date at the
top of this Privacy Policy, which will be posted on the website, mobile app, or web app, and you should regularly
check for the most recent version, which is the version that applies. If we make any material changes to this

not disclose non-anonymized personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
Governing Law
This Privacy Policy and any disputes related thereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of the State of Delaware, exclusive of its choice of law rules.

To access the account deletion from the "Account Settings Scene",
simply press the gear icon in the top right corner of the profile
tab and scroll to the bottom of the scene.
